Louise and Helen’s love of singing Swiss alpine songs stems from many long summers spent in a picturesque village in the Bernese Oberland, which was home to their Swiss grandparents. photo This musical union has emerged from the bond of growing up closely, from singing together as toddlers, to the present day as two gifted musicians creating and honouring the music they love to perform. They both started playing their instruments at the age of eleven, going on to study music, Louise at Huddersfield University and Helen at Leeds College of Music, where they gained their bachelor awards. Louise and Helen are also members of five piece Georgian choir ‘Samzeo.
